Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through loundclarry.store.
1. Delivery area
Lound Clarry primarily delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.
The delivery destinations currently available will be shown during checkout. We may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas, restricted locations, PO boxes or addresses outside our available delivery network.
If we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you and issue a refund for any affected products already paid for.
2. Shipping options
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Free Standard Shipping
-
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 working days;
-
Delivery charge: Free.
Express Shipping
-
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days;
-
Delivery charge: The applicable price will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Express Shipping is optional and will not be added to your order unless you actively select it.
3. Meaning of working days
For the purposes of this policy, working days are:
Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not counted as working days.
Delivery times may therefore be extended where an order is placed or dispatched near a weekend or bank holiday.
4. Delivery estimates
The delivery periods shown in this policy are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, the estimated delivery period begins on the first working day after the order has been dispatched.
The delivery estimate does not begin when the order is placed if the order has not yet been dispatched.
We will provide delivery arrangements, available delivery options and applicable charges before you complete your purchase. UK online sellers must clearly disclose delivery arrangements, costs and expected delivery periods before a customer is bound by the order.
5. Order processing
Orders must be processed before they can be dispatched.
Processing may include:
-
Payment authorisation;
-
Fraud-prevention checks;
-
Address verification;
-
Product preparation;
-
Packaging;
-
Handover to the delivery carrier.
We aim to process orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays may begin processing on the next working day.
If processing is expected to take significantly longer than usual, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible.
6. Order confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
The confirmation will normally include:
-
Your order number;
-
The products ordered;
-
The delivery address;
-
The shipping option selected;
-
The amount paid;
-
Available order information.
Please check the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
An order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance is governed by our Terms of Service.
7. Dispatch confirmation and tracking
When your order has been dispatched, we will normally send a dispatch confirmation email.
Where tracking is available, the email may include:
-
A tracking number;
-
A link to the carrier’s tracking service;
-
The name of the delivery carrier;
-
An updated delivery estimate.
Tracking information may require some time to become active after dispatch.
Not every delivery service provides continuous or detailed tracking updates. A temporary lack of tracking activity does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.
8. Separate parcels
Products included in the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.
This may happen where:
-
Products are stored at different fulfilment locations;
-
Different carriers are used;
-
Part of the order is ready before the remaining products;
-
Parcel size or weight restrictions apply.
Where an order is split into separate parcels, each parcel may have a different tracking number and delivery date.
You will not be charged an additional delivery fee solely because we divide an accepted order into separate parcels.
9. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Please check:
-
The recipient’s full name;
-
House or building number;
-
Street name;
-
Flat or unit number, where applicable;
-
Town or city;
-
County, where applicable;
-
Postcode;
-
Contact telephone number.
We may be unable to change the delivery address once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
To request an address correction, contact:
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that a change can be completed after processing has begun.
10. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
If delivery fails because the address supplied by you was incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to us or to one of our fulfilment partners.
In these circumstances, we may ask you to pay reasonable additional delivery costs before the order is sent again.
Alternatively, we may cancel and refund the affected order, subject to any deductions that are lawful and properly explained.
We will not charge additional delivery costs where the delivery failure was caused by us or by a carrier acting on our behalf.
11. Delivery attempts and uncollected parcels
The delivery carrier may:
-
Attempt delivery more than once;
-
Leave a delivery card;
-
Contact you by email, text message or telephone;
-
Deliver to an authorised safe place;
-
Deliver to an authorised neighbour;
-
Take the parcel to a collection point.
You are responsible for following legitimate carrier instructions and collecting the parcel within the period stated by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned because it was refused or not collected, contact us at helper@loundclarry.store.
We will review whether the order can be resent or refunded. Reasonable additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery was caused by the customer.
12. Safe-place and neighbour delivery
A parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour only where this has been authorised by you or is otherwise permitted under the agreed delivery arrangements.
Please select only a location that is secure and suitable for receiving the parcel.
Goods generally remain at the trader’s risk until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.
If tracking shows that a parcel was left somewhere you did not authorise and you cannot locate it, contact us promptly.
13. Delivery delays
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:
-
Severe weather;
-
UK bank holidays;
-
High seasonal demand;
-
Carrier disruption;
-
Transport or logistics disruption;
-
Incorrect address information;
-
Security or payment verification;
-
Customs procedures, where applicable;
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to provide updated information and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
The estimated times shown in this policy do not remove your statutory rights.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, UK consumer rules generally require goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.
14. Orders not delivered within the estimated period
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period has ended:
-
Check the tracking information;
-
Check around the delivery location;
-
Ask other members of your household;
-
Check with an authorised neighbour or reception desk;
-
Check for messages or delivery cards from the carrier;
-
Contact us at helper@loundclarry.store.
Please provide:
-
Your full name;
-
Your order number;
-
Your delivery address;
-
Any relevant tracking information.
We will investigate the delivery with the carrier where appropriate.
15. Late delivery and cancellation
If we do not deliver within the agreed delivery period, you may ask us to complete delivery within an appropriate additional period.
If we fail to deliver within that additional period, you may be entitled to cancel the affected order and receive a refund.
You may have the right to cancel without providing an additional period where:
-
We have refused to deliver;
-
Delivery by a specific date was essential and this was made clear before the contract was formed;
-
The circumstances clearly show that delivery by the agreed date was essential.
Any refund legally due for goods not delivered will be processed without undue delay.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.
16. Lost parcels
A parcel will not automatically be treated as lost merely because tracking has not recently updated.
Carriers may require an investigation period before confirming that a parcel has been lost.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost before authorised delivery, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
-
Sending a replacement, subject to availability; or
-
Issuing a refund.
We are responsible for the parcel while it remains at our risk under applicable consumer law.
17. Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photographs of:
-
The external packaging;
-
The shipping label;
-
The damaged area;
-
The products inside the parcel.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please include your order number and photographs of the damage.
Where the product is damaged, faulty or otherwise does not comply with the contract, your rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Damage caused during delivery does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
18. Missing or incorrect products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item is missing or you receive a product that you did not order, contact us at:
Please provide:
-
Your order number;
-
Details of the missing or incorrect product;
-
Photographs of the parcel and products received, where reasonably helpful.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution, such as sending the correct product or issuing a refund.
19. Delivery charges
The delivery charge applicable to your order will be shown before payment.
Current delivery options are:
-
Free Standard Shipping: Free;
-
Express Shipping: Paid, with the price shown during checkout.
We will not automatically select a paid express service or add an optional delivery charge without your express agreement. UK rules require additional optional charges to be actively accepted by the customer.
20. Taxes, customs and import charges
Any taxes, delivery charges or other mandatory costs payable to Lound Clarry will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
If customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees may apply to a particular destination, relevant information should be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.
Do not complete an order if the total cost or treatment of import charges is unclear. Contact us at helper@loundclarry.store for assistance.
21. Refused deliveries
If you refuse a delivery because the parcel is visibly damaged, contact us immediately and provide any available photographs or carrier information.
If you refuse delivery because you no longer want the order, the return will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Refusing a parcel does not replace the requirement to notify us clearly when exercising a statutory right to cancel.
22. Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes to:
-
Delivery services;
-
Carrier arrangements;
-
Delivery charges;
-
Available destinations;
-
Applicable legislation;
-
Our fulfilment operations.
Changes will not normally affect an order already accepted unless the change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
The version applying to your order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed.
23. Contact us
For questions about delivery, tracking or a missing parcel, contact:

Email: helper@loundclarry.store
Please include your order number whenever contacting us about an existing order.
24. Statutory rights
This Shipping Policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
Where any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory consumer right will apply.
